Talk it out

Were you a chatterbox in your childhood and as you are growing up you prefer to keep things to yourself rather than sharing about your feelings?

Do you feel that you are better alone?
Do you feel that you can handle yourself alone in tough situations?
Let me answer the above questions for you.
The answer is no matter how detached we want to become from the world, but at the end of the day we are humans, and humans are made to create human relations with others so that we can share our problems and get solutions.

You need to Bond

We think that we can handle situations, we can manage ourselves and we don’t require external guidance or support. But, even when we think that we don’t need anybody, we do want some sort of human connection with whom we can share our feelings, share our sorrows and celebrate our victories.

Our sorrows become half and our joys become double when we share: Gratisoul

Talk about it

Talk about whatever that is going on in your mind, talk about whatever that is bothering you, talk about your achievements. Even if you don’t get an answer to your problem, you’ll get that feeling of satisfaction that somebody is there for you.

You’ll feel grounded, you’ll feel good about yourself, you’ll get a chance to broaden your perspective about things when you’ll hear their opinions on it.

Just sit with them
Even if you did nothing, you’ll still feel that you had the best time with them. It’s not just about talking or sharing your feelings, it’s about that internal connection you feel when you are with them.
That person could be anyone, your parents, family, friends, partner or even your pet. But I feel that everybody should have some people (it could be a group of your friends, a few members in your family, your partner or your parents) with whom you can have unfiltered conversations.

That heart to heart conversation is necessary for your own sanity.

If after reading this blog you were constantly thinking about them, then go tell them that you value them in your life and thank you for existing. These small gestures can make their day and also make you realize their importance in your life even more and you’ll have one more reason to be grateful for!!

If you want to share your experiences with your relations, then you can write them in the comments below and let’s bond over humanity.

Until then, live positively and happily!!
